Although Windows 8 has some time since it was launched there are problems with anti-virus compatibility with this operating system.
Windows Defender is already built ,can be considered to be a good anti-virus but cannot be compared to the top anti-virus functions.
We can install other antivirus software to get the maximum protection against malware and other bad stuff.
The problem is :
Bitdefender installed on Windows 8 causes : Bad pooling error .Same errors occur and the free version, and on the premium.Though Bitdefender is in the top three anti-virus programs,it is not one hundred procent compatible with Windows 8.
Also ,Avira anti-virus which is as well quoted is randomly restarting your Windows 8 computer , and the same Bad pool error appears .
The only anti-virus tested which has not caused the error has been Kaspersky antivirus, one of the best choices for Anti-Virus on the Windows platform. So Kaspersky anti-virus would be a great choice for now .
If you have an antivirus installed which is causing this error is a problem, even when you want to uninstall you will get the same error message Bad pooling. To uninstall a program you will need to restart Windows 8 in safe mode, and only then to remove anti-virus program
Here you have a few ways to resolve error Bad pooling error which received on installing Avira antivirus on Windows 8 :
If you get same error on Bitdefender antivirus ( Bad Pool Error) try to update and get the latest version.
For now I use Windows Defender, and I hope that big producers ( Bitdefender ,etc) will solve all the problems of this type, and we’ll have a Windows 8 more securely in the face viruses and other malware.
