The Motorola Moto Z Play was announced in late August, 2016 and it was release in early October of 2016. You can find this smartphone at most dealers for about $450-550 USD. This is no doubt another high quality smartphone release from Motorola, who has been making impressive phones for many years, although residing somewhat in the shadows below Samsung and Apple.
You will find a generous 5.5-inch screen with a 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution on the Motorola Moto Z Play. An octa-core 2GHz CPU is at the heart of this unit, and 3GB of RAM with 32GB of standard storage will give any user plenty to work with when loading apps and games and videos.
There is a 16 Megapixel camera with a duel LED flash, along with a 5 Megapixel selfie camera in front. The shooting modes offered on the Motorola Moto Z Play are burst mode, High Dynamic Range mode (HDR) and Panorama.

This smartphone has fast mobile data support with 4G and has a very thin body at about 0.28 inches. The operating system on the Motorola Moto Z Play is Android 6.0 and you can select Black, Gold, Gray or White as your color specification. It weighs 5.82 ounces and is 6.16 x 3.01 x 0.28 inches in size. The main body is glass with fingerprint (touch).
The display technology is Super AMOLED with a Light sensor and Proximity sensor. The Motorola Moto Z also features digital image stabilization, video calling and video sharing. For storage expansion you can opt for microSD, microSDHC or microSDXC with up to 2000 GB of external storage.
The battery on this smartphone is 3510 mAh and it is NOT replaceable. The speakers on this unit are earpiece and loudspeaker with an additional microphone option. The Motorola Moto Z Play also has Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass as sensors.
