This unit is 1.3 x 4.5 x 2.4 inches in size and has a 3 inch display screen. It weighs about 7.5 ounces. It can be read very well in sunlight, and it has a touchscreen display with multi-touch capabilities. It includes dual-band GPS/GLONASS satellite positioning and has these sensors (3-axis compass, accelerometer, barometric altimeter).
This handheld GPS works with ANT or Bluetooth technology. It can wirelessly share routes, tracks, waypoints, geocaches, custom maps and photos between units Dual orientation. It is capable of auto switching between landscape or portrait views also.
It has a nice dual battery system which runs on 2 AA batteries or NiMH battery pack charged by the Oregon. The battery pack is included with the 650/650t model and it’s optional with the 600/600t.
